EPI International understands you as a client of our firm may have concerns about the privacy, confidentiality, and security of information, EPI International’s  policy is to protect our clients’ privacy and confidential information collected; this includes personal data protections, and all information provided or collected during an Investigation.

EPI International has undertaken to comply with the requirements of the Privacy Act, 1992 and the National Privacy Principles included in the Privacy Act (Private Sector) Amendment Act 63.

EPI International Provides a “Privacy Agreement” for each case.

We do not disclose personal information to any outside third party organization even if required by court of law, because all data/documents/evidence destroyed after 30 days from delivering results.
